Before choosing your removable wall decoration, it’s important to learn how to apply vinyl wall decals for maximum effect. Which is why I ended up on Youtube, this time not to ooh and aah over cute baby animals, but to find a video that would show me how to get these stickers on my walls.

For small stickers you won’t need any help. The advice on the package will be enough of a help to make your walls look pretty. But those bigger vinyl wall decals can be quite challenging. Especially the first time you want to put one up. Applying big stickers in seperate parts is definitely the easiest solution.

And don’t forget to put the whole decal on the wall first to get an idea of how big it will be, where to place it,… Despite most stickers being removable, it can be quite a pain to start over again half way through.
